seems a decent sort who attempts to play well with others :!: .... we have actual google street view location pics papafarangs2
which i gather will be fully open next week. just couldn't help myself, i had to see where it was :hai:
downtown living just got better. a bicycle is all one needs.....saves money and good for the body and environment, if wearing a gas mask. seriously, if a city person, things have improved for the good with shopping. ngee soon for dry goods, now PapaFarang for your UK necessities, and mini makro, at link below, for fresh veggies/fruits and meats, if like me, not a fan of tops/big c/lotus. and all within a few streets of each other. along with all the local vendors and huge fresh market.

JD's are quite simple, I make them myself at least once a month
800 grams ground pork - I try an get about 20% fat (as you do when making ordinary sausages)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (Cayenne flakes)
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp powered ginger
1/2 - 1 tsp nutmeg
One stop shopping at Tops market has most, if not all. Not sure about sage or cayenne pepper. Regular chili powder maybe substituted for cayenne. If cayenne is a must, Makro has whole dried cayenne peppers then can be grounded in a food processor. Labels are in English. You want translation here you go...
Ah!! I misunderstood I thought Dean was opening another shop. So Nigel is opening a small cafe or what ever and will be selling Papa Farang products on the side. Same prices???

 you dont think i got time to run 2 shops, got enough on my plate with one shop and supplying others, trying to run 2 places is what gave me a heart attack in the first place. no its nigels place. a very get up a go person with bags of energy... me i'm fat and lazy . products and prices will be the same, just want it to be simple to buy my products without having to come out to nong sam rong. plans and arrangements are also going ahead with the southern outlet as we speak. give me a couple of years and udon will have more papa farangs than 7/11's.so you wont even have to drive to find one....everyone can have a slice of the cake...excuse the pun.also thinking about other farang products from bangkok, busy talking to suppliers from bangkok. we got a co-op thing happening where we all order together, buy in bulk and all keep the same sale prices. anybody interested in this concept give me a call or pm me for more details. beats selling booze for a living
