Mrs Kons fusion gravy = Bisto with Oyster sauce , Green chillies, Garlic and white pepper.

Put in Par Boiled Spuds about the last 40 minutes of roasting ya Bird.....score tops with fork, light drizzle olive oil..very lightly sprinkle with flour extra crisp tops...close oven door..
